Lauren A. Marchand is a singer, actor, and musician based in New York City. She is a sophomore at NYU Steinhardt in the Vocal Performance program, studying musical theatre in the vocal studio of Dr. Errik Hood, pursuing a Bachelor of Music. She is represented by the Take3Talent agency and managed by Natasha Matallana Marken at Rebel Creative Group.

Her dreams came true in 2023 when she won “Best Actress” at the Jimmy Awards for her portrayal of “Elsa” in Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical. Soon after, the Disney Theatrical Group invited her to lead a sing-along of “Let It Go” live on Good Morning America to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Frozen! She has collaborated with industry professionals on performances at 54 Below, The New York City Center, The Green Room 42, and the annual Roger Rees and Jimmy Awards ceremonies.

Prior musical training includes five years of studying Classical voice, aural skills, music theory, and sight-reading at the Manhattan School of Music Pre-College. She has extensive experience performing different genres of music including legit and contemporary MT, classic rock, and jazz. Lauren is passionate about story-telling through music, and excited for what the future holds.
