NSLA GALA PERFORMANCE: OPENING FOR LESLIE ODOM, JR.
In November, Lauren was asked by the Broadway Education Alliance to open for Broadway legend Leslie Odom, Jr at the National Summer Learning Association’s Gala in Washington, DC. She performed “Astonishing”, from Little Women, “Suddenly Seymour” from Little Shop of Horrors with 2024 Roger Rees Award winner Isaiah Baston, and ended with “Defying Gravity” from Wicked.

bcefa Next gen spotlight green room 42 debut
Lauren was asked by BCEFA (Broadway Cares Equity Fights Aids) to perform in their yearly Next Gen Spotlight Benefit. She performed “Monster” from Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical. This amazing opportunity granted her the chance to meet the incredible Norm Lewis, who ignited her love for theatre in the 2007 Broadway production of The Little Mermaid.
TRU BENEFIT: PASSION… PASS IT ON
Lauren performed at the Theatre Resource Unlimited (TRU) Gala at The Green Room 42 to honor Broadway Education Alliance founder Susan Lee, who has supported her along her journey as a 2023 Roger Rees Awards winner. She sang “Astonishing” from Little Women, and closed out the evening with a duet of “Our Time” from Merrily We Roll Along with 2024 Roger Rees Awards winner Isaiah Baston.
